The bright side of the brain

I've noticed that the rehab centers in the areas that I've been living are
either very small, or just overcrowded. Homeless shelters are non-existent
unless the person that needs it is female and/or under 18, maybe I just
haven't found the place yet.

It is my opinion that in a perfect world, parents wouldn't force their

kids to be homeless.
